This website is operated by Kareve Nails Handicraft Works, trading as Karève. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kareve Nails Handicraft Works. We make this site, along with the information, tools and services on it, available to you on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out below.
By visiting this site and/or purchasing from us, you're using our services and agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with any additional terms, conditions or policies referenced here or linked from this page. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you're browsing, buying, contributing content, or otherwise interacting with it.

Our online store runs on WooCommerce, an e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services to you through our website.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of our services, or access to them, without our express written consent.

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it will always be complete or up to date. Content on this site is provided for general information only, and shouldn't be treated as the sole basis for any decision. We'd encourage you to verify anything important against a more current or authoritative source. Any reliance you place on material found here is at your own risk.

We try hard to represent our product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that what you see will exactly match how it appears on your particular screen.
We may, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, limit the sale of our products or services to certain people, regions, or jurisdictions, and we may limit the quantities available. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any point. Where an offer is prohibited by law, it is void. We may refuse any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed using the same account, payment card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details provided when the order was placed. We may also restrict or decline orders that, in our judgment, appear to have been placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors rather than individual customers.
You agree to keep your account and purchase information current, complete, and accurate, and to promptly update details such as your email address and payment information so we can process your orders and reach you when needed.

Where a jurisdiction doesn't allow this kind of limitation, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent that jurisdiction permits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kareve Nails Handicraft Works and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party as a result of your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of a third party's rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows, and the unenforceable part will be treated as removed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the rest.

Obligations that arose before termination will survive it. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You can end them at any time simply by no longer using our site or services.
If we believe, in our judgment, that you've failed to comply with any part of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement and deny you further access to our services at any time, without notice. You'll remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of termination.
